Dr. Luka Bradeško is the CEO and the founder of Solvesall d.o.o., and a researcher at Institute »Jožef Stefan«, Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, managing projects on mobility and logistics.He obtained his PhD at Jožef Stefan International Postgraduate School, Ljubljana Slovenia with the topic of Knowledge Acquisition through Natural Language Conversation and Crowdsourcing. From 2008 to 2013 he worked as a principal software engineer for Cycorp Europe, which was at the time an EU branch of the American AI company Cyc Inc. From 2017 to 2019 he worked as a senior research engineer at Bloomberg L.P. in New York. In 2019 he returned to Slovenia, to lead the company Solvesall, which is building products and helping other companies apply AI to the fields of mobility, logistics, and leisure (caravanning).

Before embarking on his own business venture, for more than 15 years Ora held senior management positions at food companies such as Zagrebačka pekarna Klara, Dukat, and Babić pekar, and also engaged in financial consulting at the M&A advisory firm Caper. In 2009, he founded Lognet in Zagreb, a company that develops software for transportation, transportation organization, and warehouse operations optimization. Dr. Tomislav Letnik is an Associate Professor of Traffic and Transportation Engineering at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering and Architecture, University of Maribor. His research primarily focuses on freight transport, transport economics, environmental and energy aspects of transport, and the optimization of transport and logistics processes. Her research focuses on horizontal collaboration among logistics companies and innovative approaches to urban logistics.

Christoph Ehrhardt has been working at Dachser for 17 years.
He trained as a forwarding agent at one of our branches in Hof and completed a bachelor’s degree in logistics management (B. Sc.).
After many years at the Hof branch, where he was responsible for employee training, projects and process optimization, he joined our head office in Kempten in 2018 in Corporate Research & Development, where he is responsible for the Trends and Technology Research department as Department Head.

Slobodan Antić has more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions (logistics and production) in international and national companies such as: GRAND KAFA (production and distribution of coffee), Agrokor – IDEA (retail), LA FANTANA Romania (production and distribution of water), FORMA IDEALE (production of flat-pack furniture), BEOROL (distribution of tools) and PIRAMIDA 72 (production and distribution of wet wipes, paper confectionery and cosmetics). He is also a consultant for the optimisation and digitalisation of production and logistics processes at PEŠTAN, WURTH, ORBITAL, PLUSPLUS FARMINA, NEOPLANTA and other companies. |
Logistics engineer
Mitja joined Hella Saturnus Slovenia in 2009. At the beginning of his career, he managed the warehouse for internal components (wip) and led a team of internal transport workers. After the reorganisation of the logistics department, he was given the opportunity to work as an internal logistics assistant. His main tasks were to optimise the internal logistics processes with a focus on material flow and storage space. He was also responsible for automation in logistics. Due to his extensive experience, he was appointed logistics project manager for the construction of a new logistics centre and an automated high-bay warehouse. The main tasks in this project were planning, coordination, supervision of testing and final takeover. |

Head of Intralogistics Systems Department
She started her career as a young researcher at the Jožef Stefan Institute, where she studied the pumping properties of solid-state laser sources. After completing her Master’s degree in Physics, she worked at Fotona d.d. in the field of global marketing of medical lasers and development of their applications, while also completing a Master’s degree in Management and Organisation at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. After that, she managed the International Cooperation Department at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, which organised numerous activities and consultancies to support Slovenian companies in reaching new markets. Since 2006, she has been working at RIKO d.o.o., one of the leading Slovenian engineering companies. She manages the Intralogistics Systems Dpartment, which develops and implements specialised solutions in the field of automated warehouses and internal logistics. |

Konstantinos Haniotis holds an MSc in Economics from London School of Economics. He started his career in 1985 as an Investment Banker.
In 2000 his passion for creativeness and effectiveness drove him to create Telenavis. The scope was to take advantage of the emerging technologies by that time (Internet, Digital Mas, GPS, GPRS) and use them to change the everyday operations and transportation.
23 years later Telenavis remains strong, technological leader in its market and Konstantinos Hanioris remains CEO, and at the same time President of HILME (Hellenic Institute of Logistics and Management) Vice President of ITS Hellas, Vice President of the European Logistics Association, and contributor as an expert to several Greek and International bodies, as the Greek Ministry of Transportation, the Greek Ministry of Research, to the EU project under EASME-COSME “Big Data and B2B platforms: the next big opportunity for Europe”, to the Steering Committee for the development of ICT-innovative projects between Greece – Egypt and Cyprus and to the European Innovation Partnership on Smart Cities and Communities and Ambassador of the UAM Initiative in Greece.

Vladimir Makuc joined the Hidria team last year, assuming the role of Site Manager in the Hidria Movent business unit. In this capacity, he holds primary responsibilities for overseeing production processes and maintenance. With a professional career spanning 26 years, Vladimir embarked on his journey as a planning and production manager. Over the last seven years, he has further honed his expertise by managing production units within a larger company

Dr. Iztok Seljak started his business career at Rotomatika, a subsidiary of the Hidria Corporation, in purchasing, sales, and marketing. Later, he became the CEO of Rotomatika. In 2002, he was promoted to the position of Vice President of the Hidria Corporation. Two years later, he took over the management of Hidria Automotive, one of the two core divisions of the Hidria Corporation. Since 2008, he has been the President of Hidria’s Management Board, and since 2018, the Managing Director of Hidria Holding, the parent company of Hidria. In 2024, he became a member of Hidria’s Board of Directors.
He is also the President of the Managers’ Association of Slovenia, the Coordinator of the Slovenian Automotive Cluster Mission GREMO (GREen MObility), the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Wahaj Industrial Group in Saudi Arabia, and the Honorary Consul of Hungary in Slovenia.

Director Logistics Operations
Hans Schurmans is the logistics operations Director at Proximus Group, the major telecom and digital service provider in Belgium. He has extensive experience in operational execution in a multisite retail environment and led major innovation and transformation programs within the group. Transforming classic logistic operations into a logistic customer experience added value service provider. Circularity and sustainability are focus points as Hans considers these as drivers for supply chain innovation and operational efficiency. Hans is also engaged in local and European initiatives to boost supply chain greenification and holds additional roles as Co-President Urban Logistics within ALICE (Alliance for Logistics Innovation and Collaboration in Europe), Member of the EGUM (EU expert group on Urban Logistics) and Member of the guidance board of the Brussels Green Deal initiative.
Previously, Hans held management positions in multiple domains such as IT, purchase, commercial and project management. His focus besides operations is digital transformation, sustainability / innovation, circularity and people development.
