The organiser of the Logistics Congress is the Slovenian Logistics Association (SLA/SLZ), with Proevent d.o.o. acting as technical organiser.

Presentations will be held in Slovene and English. Simultaneous interpretation into English will be provided if required. Interpretation from English into Slovene will not be provided.
Event materials include selected written contributions from speakers submitted in due time. Contributions by foreign speakers may be published in the original language without translation.

Materials and presentations are intended solely for personal use by participants. Reproduction, distribution or public disclosure without the authors’ written consent is prohibited.
4. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING
The Event will be documented through photography and video recording for the purposes of promotion and informing the public about the Congress, as well as for promoting the activities of the Slovenian Logistic Association (SLA). The processing of photographs and video recordings is carried out on the basis of the organiser’s legitimate interest.
Participants have the right to object at any time to the processing of photographs or recordings in which they are recognisably depicted. The organiser will respect such objections to a reasonable extent, particularly in relation to targeted photographs of individuals. The organiser accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to participants’ personal belongings at the venue.

Such communication is based on the organiser’s legitimate interest in informing existing participants about related events. Participants may unsubscribe from such communication at any time free of charge via the unsubscribe link in the e-mail or by request to info@slz.si.
7. CHANGE OF DATE OR VENUE
The organiser reserves the right to change the date or venue of the Event due to objective reasons or force majeure (e.g. illness of key speakers, restrictions on gatherings, extraordinary circumstances).
In such cases, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible, generally at least two working days before the scheduled start of the Event.
